2. Service Description
SuperBatch provides: - AI-powered video ad generation (9:16 vertical format) - AI-powered image ad generation - Media library management for video clips and product images - Credit-based service access
3. Account and Credits
When you purchase a credit package from SuperBatch, you receive a specific number of video and/or image generation credits. Credits are: - Non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether they have been used - Valid for the duration specified in your purchase plan - Non-transferable between accounts - Subject to our Satisfaction Guarantee for quality issues with generated content
4. User Content and Rights
By uploading content (video clips, images, product information) to SuperBatch: - You retain all ownership rights to your original content - You grant SuperBatch a license to process and use your content solely for providing our services - You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and use all content - You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights
5. Generated Content
All video ads and image ads generated through SuperBatch: - Are owned by you upon generation - May be used freely for your commercial purposes - Should comply with advertising platform policies where you intend to use them - Are generated based on AI technology and may require your review before use
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use SuperBatch for any illegal or unauthorized purpose - Generate content that violates intellectual property rights - Upload malicious code or harmful content - Attempt to circumvent our credit system - Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
7. Payment and Billing
- All purchases are processed securely through Stripe - Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change - Payment information is handled by our payment processor and not stored on our servers - Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction
8. Privacy and Data
We collect and process personal data including name, email, and payment information as necessary to provide our services. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability: - We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services - We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice - Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: - SuperBatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority.
